Lunch hour Demonstration in front of Dak Bhawan
NEW DELHI ON 28th JULY, 2017

  Part of the phased agitational programme as the third phase programme Lunch hour demonstration was held under the banner of FNPO ON 28TH July 2017 in front of Dak Bhawan New Delhi.

 S.G FNPO & Circle  Secretaries of FNPO affiliated unions  participated the demonstration. hundreds of colleagues from Delhi& nearby  Delhi circle attended the programme.

The Police did not permit us to hold the demonstration at Dak Bhawan saying Parliament sessions going on, however, we hold ademonstration at near by Jantar Mantar.

Today SG FNPO met DG(Addl), DDG (SR) and ADG -outcome of the meeting :
a)  It is confirmed by the officers that GDS report has been sent to Ministry of Finance a week before 

b) Department will take appropriate action with DOP&T to get 7th CPC scale for Temporary Status C.L.

c)The Directorate will reply for the charter of demands during next week.

d)The Departmental Council meeting and periodical meeting with Chairman Postal Board will be held either in the month of August or September.

सदस्यता सत्यापन

सभी पदाधिकारियों विशेषकर मंडलीय सचिवगणों से अनुरोध  

 साथियो ,                

              जैसा कि आपको विदित ही है कि हमारे संघ में ग्रामीण डाक सेवक संघ को कुछ ही सदस्यों की कमी के कारण पिछली बार सदस्यता सत्यापन के समय मान्यता नहीं मिल सकी थी। जो कि दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण था। कारण हम सब का ध्यान न देना।  इस बार ऐसा नहीं होना चाहिए।                          

               विभाग द्वारा पुनः सदस्यता सत्यापन का निर्णय लिया गया है।  जिसके लिए सदस्यता फॉर्म भरवाकर जमा करने की आखिरी तारीख   5  सितम्बर 2017 निर्धारित की गयी है। इस सम्बन्ध में संघ के सभी पदाधिकारियों विशेषकर मंडलीय सचिवगणों से अनुरोध है कि इस समय अपने फॉर्म न भरकर केवल  ग्रामीण डाक सेवक संघ का सदस्यता फॉर्म भरा जाना है, इस कारण ग्रामीण डाक सेवक संघ के  सदस्यता फॉर्म  को अपना फॉर्म समझकर पूरी जिम्मेदारी के साथ इस कार्य को संपन्न कराने का कष्ट करें।                     

                 इतना तो तय है कि यदि आप सब जिम्मेदारी के साथ इस कार्य को सम्पन्न कराएँगे तो सफलता अवश्य मिलेगी। चलिए हम और आपसब  मिलकर इस कार्य को पूरी जिम्मेदारी के साथ सम्पन्न कराने का प्रण लें।  सधन्यवाद

FNPO stand on 7th cpc issues
Our federation is receiving phone calls, emails & SMS from our members questioning the further steps on7th CPC issues.
On seeing the Government's decision on allowances FNPO called its cadres to hold a demonstration on 10/07/2017 in front of all Divisional offices to register our protest.
We are only minor partners in the NJCA. We cannot do major role independently. We have done our duty in the past, such as Protest week 12 to 19/12/2016, Memorandum to the Governor, the Prime minister &One day strike on March 16th 2017. We have done our duty. We cannot do more at this stageexcept  a protest demonstration in front of all Divisional offices on 10/07/2017 against the Government's decision on allowances.
 Let us hope that NJCA leaders will convene a meeting shortly to decide the further course of action.

CPMG assured that the issues will be settled based on the merit.
